Cases Eligible for Exchange or Return

Exchange or return requests are accepted exclusively in the following cases:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The customer receives an incorrect product that does not match the order details.
• The product arrives damaged before use, provided that the original packaging has not been opened.

Reporting Period & Contact Methods

• Customers must report the issue within a maximum of 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Any requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Conditions for Exchange or Return Approval

For an exchange or return request to be approved, the product must be:

• Unused and completely unopened.
• In its original, securely sealed packaging.
• Accompanied by all original accessories and components.

Note: Any product that has been opened, tested, or used will no longer be eligible for exchange or return.
