Cases Eligible for Exchange or Return

Exchange or return requests are accepted exclusively in the following cases:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The customer receives an incorrect product that does not match the order details.
• The product arrives damaged before use, provided that the original packaging has not been opened.

• Accompanied by all original accessories and components.
